Willem, I think you'll find that it was Parliament that objected to Ms May's Deal, the same Parliament that opposes the UK exiting the EU, hence the fact that more than 40 months after the Vote the UK has still not left the EU, despite a democratic mandate to do just that, further re-inforced by another democratic mandate in 2017 to honour the 2016 vote - both major Party's entered the 2017 election with pledges to uphold the Brexit vote and said two Party's gained more than 80% of the cast votes between them. The only legacy Party now offering to uphold the 2016 Vote is the Tory Party, Labour now being full out remain, which it certainly was not in June 2017 - a point I've highlighted on numerous occasions this year.
