Didnt realise it was so unfair on the MEMBER for arbitration.
Isn't arbitration about both parties having an opinion/view on the situation/complaint.
Costs should be equal for any arbitration.
Also as independents we are disadvantged by technical information being lets face it very poor and the holding back of security issues STOPS us from offering a service to our customers.
Also the complexity of modern vehicles leaves us open to all sorts of complaints from customers about issues with their vehicles which in many instances are nothing to do with your service or repair you have done(we have all been there).
A scheme has to have our interests at heart and should actively be involved with the right to repair campaign.
