Sorry for lack of response no time to check your posts of late. Bosch scheme is very good and has been OFT approved for some time, it's restricted to the Bosch network though and therefore has a limited coverage and access.

Again, I come back to the requirement of the NCC when threatening the super complaint 'creation of a new, industry wide scheme'. That's what they need in order to address the consumer detriment matter and provide minimum standards of operation and a consistent approach to customer service.

It's one of those questions I'm afraid, but I hope that helps.
