I Agree with training, and some sort of Regulation But not when the first points that get made are it is going to cost you £xxxxx and £xxxxx and if you get an inspection its going to cost you £xxxx and if you get a complaint its going to cost you£xxxx. But the Customer only has to pay £x.
I have Very Rarely had any complaints or unhappy customers but there will always be the odd ones that take the Pi?? and try taking us for a ride, But if there was an easy way for them to try and make a claim, THEY WOULD TRY IT.
And the worst thing is these types of people are the ones that would make such a noise that someone would listen to and make us into Criminals.
Also the point about this being a Non Profit Organisation, Any Company can be Non Profit if all the Management and staff are Taking all the Profit in Fancy cars, Big houses, Bonuses etc.
Can we see the books and who gets what in this NON PROFIT Company. ??
