I am directly concerned if one of my customers complains but they need to make the complaint to me direct. I have had few in my time and always dealt with them fairly or to the customer's advantage - so, not necessarily fair to me then, but by my choice.
I can see the point about a general standard and would be pleased to join an organisation that was able to promote that. But why is the emphasis always on the negative aspects?
A lot of us (members of UKAT) are fair and hard-working blokes (and girls) or we would not bother to be members or even discuss this issue.
Some of us regularly turn work away because we cannot cope with what we have (and do it properly).
