I haven't read anything that makes me think I "need" to sign up to your scheme at this point in time !
Why should I not just wait and see if you do eventually get "Approval by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) under their Consumer Codes Approval Scheme" and then decide if we want to join ?
Or will you not get approval if you haven't got the members ?
