Darn right I am sceptical my hard earned cash is staying where it is.

The point about OFT approval quite simply is this the guy I was talking to felt as I am sure a lot of the general public would, that looking at the back of your brochure you already have it. Now I realise that you have never said that - But that was the clear impression he got from your brochure. So I suppose your design team will feel as though theirs is a job well done.

If it were your intention just to give the OFT & CAB details then surely this should have been made more clear on the back of your brochure.
