Lets say you are a member of this scheme and you have a customer who is unhappy with there £300 bill for whatever reason ! and we all know there are some people out there that no matter how hard you try you will never please.
So, the customer asks for it to go through the Conciliation process - £175 + vat, it still doesn't get sorted so they ask for it to go to Arbitration £440 + vat
So far it has cost "us" the subscriber £615 + vat where potentially we don't have a say in whether it goes to conciliation or arbitration apart from giving in, in the first place which would obviously be cheaper !!!
And thats after paying paying £355 for the first 24 months membership. Don't think I'll be rushing to sign up, ta very much.
