The Company now appear to be in the same place as they were before they joined the scheme.?? ( Basically on their own )
So the Company wouldn't pay for a concilation process that may or may not have convicted them of doing something wrong.?? ( I wonder why ??) What benefit could they possibly achieve either way, apart from ending up with a non refundable bill. ??
Seeing as the company is no longer part of the Codes Scheme, will they get bad reports to warn the public that they may be a bad garage and if they don't book their idea's up, May eventually get closed down . ?? ( If they are a bad garage, and are doing things wrongly then if not, Why not. ?? )
I cannot possibly see how any Scheme set up to do this job can ever work if the people that are going to get penalised are going to have to pay for the priveledge. ???
And if only 1 out of 5000 garages have been booted out of the scheme, does that means that the other 4999 are doing things correctly. ?? If so, Why would anyone want a Scheme set up to monitor 0.0002% of the garages that they are taking money off.??
Still Not Convinced. Tony.
