Hi all , just an update on my last post . Customer complained to the motor industry codes of practice and to date hasn't had any phone call back from them or the dealer . Having talked to the customer yesterday he felt he wasn't being treated fairly by the code of practice outfit so you could say he has a complaint against them which brings me to my point ." Who regulates the code of practice"? , who decides when the so called code of practice is acting in everyones interest and can take them to task where they have not conforming to a basic code to maintain a basic standard we all expect?
